By accessing or using medvola.com (the “Service”), operated by EG Marvine Holdings LLC (“MedVola”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MedVola is a digital directory and informational marketplace that lists medical, dental, and wellness providers to help patients discover and contact them directly. We are not a healthcare provider, hospital, clinic, or insurer, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or booking services.

MedVola acts solely as a digital indexing directory and informational marketplace. We do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency triage services. We do not vet, endorse, or verify the providers listed, and we do not assess anyone's suitability for treatment. All subsequent communication, contracts, and treatments are established strictly between you and the respective third-party healthcare provider. Please consult with your domestic primary care physician before pursuing any procedures abroad. In the event of a medical emergency, you must contact your local government emergency services immediately.

Providers listed on the Service are independent third parties. We do not endorse, recommend, employ, or control any provider, and we are not a party to any agreement, communication, or treatment between you and a provider. Any decision to contact or engage a provider is solely your own.

We work to keep directory information accurate, but listings are compiled from various sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing, and you should verify details directly with the provider.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• scrape, harvest, or copy listings or data in bulk without permission;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and the compilation of its directory, is owned by or licensed to MedVola and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit it without our prior written consent.

MedVola may generate revenue through various means, and reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue any of them at any time. These may include advertising and sponsored content; affiliate arrangements, including affiliate links to third-party services such as travel bookings, through which we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you; and paid membership, subscription, or featured-listing tiers offered to clinics and to users. Where a clinic participates in a paid arrangement, this may affect the visibility, ranking, features, or presentation of its listing. We are under no obligation to disclose the specific terms or amounts of any such compensation.

The Service contains links to third-party websites and resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and accessing them is at your own risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedVola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with any provider listed on it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
